PCMA Gulf States Chapter member Samantha Vogel was recently named to Meeting Today’s 2021 Trendsetters list. Vogel, Sr. Manager for Meetings and Travel for Game Stop, earned this honor after completely redesigning the company’s sponsorship package for Game Stop’s annual meeting that was virtual for 4,000 store and field leaders and 120 vendors.

Vogel doubled Game Stop’s sponsorship goal by using innovative ideas like sponsored virtual coffee and lunches, tournaments utilizing vendor accessories, photo and video contests as well as utilizing social media for members to post photos of their participation.

Each sponsor was sent a copy of every post or photo that was related to the sponsorship after the event to help assess their return on investment.
