Gulf States Chapter Proposes Revision to Bylaws

The Gulf States Chapter of PCMA is pleased to announce the proposed revision to its bylaws. The chapter is seeking feedback and opposition from its members on or before September 20, 2023.

The proposed revision aims to bring about changes to the chapter’s leadership structure and terms. If approved, the revised bylaws will create new Associate and Director positions, altering the overall composition and responsibilities of the Board. Additionally, the proposed revision extends the current leadership terms for 2024.

All PCMA Gulf States Chapter members are encouraged to review the proposed changes in detail, which can be found here. The chapter welcomes comments, concerns, and objections from its members during this feedback period.

The proposed revision to the Gulf States Chapter bylaws represents an opportunity to shape the future of the chapter and its leadership structure. All members are encouraged to review the changes and provide their feedback on this form by September 20, 2023.
